Meteorologist April Loveland’s First Warning Forecast
Tracking rain and storms in your community with the News 3 Interactive Radar HERE.
Tracking some rain in the overnight hours…Lows in the low to mid 70s. The cold front will slow down as we head into the end of the work week…that means a chance for some rain and thunderstorms. Some of these storms could be strong to severe. So strong winds, flooding and hail not out of the question. Otherwise, we’ll see partly to mostly cloudy skies with highs in the mid 80s.
Heading into Saturday, most areas look to remain dry as the cold front sags south and high pressure builds in from the north. A slight chance for an isolated shower though, associated with that cold front. Partly cloudy skies with highs near 80. Sunday will feature more sunshine with highs near 80 once again.
Tonight: Mostly Cloudy, Scattered Showers/Storms(50%). Lows in the mid 70s. Winds: SW 5-15
Tomorrow: Mostly Cloudy, Scattered Showers/Storms(40%). Highs near 80. Winds: N/NE 5-15
Tomorrow Night: A slight chance for a shower or storm. Winds: NE 5-10
