NORFOLK, Va. — There's a new addition to the array of vibrant murals throughout the NEON district, and it's right outside WTKR News 3!

The brand-new mural, sponsored by PRA Group, was brought to life by Newport News-based artist Tim Rodgers, Jr. The painting, titled "Weatherman," aims to continue the district's tradition of blending art with community spirit.

Rodgers Jr. finished the striking mural just in time for the 9th annual NEON Festival. The arts district hosted an official unveiling for a mural outside of our station on Friday.
