NORFOLK, Va. - In response to CDC recommendations,Tidewater Comicon will be postponed until next year.
Tidewater Comicon announced the event is postponed until May 15 through May 16, 2021.
Tidewater Comicon says they take CDC recommendations very seriously and want to do all they can to help stop the spread of the virus.
Refunds will be issued for anyone who wants one, or passes that have already been purchased will be honored for the 2021 show.
Tidewater Comicon says special guests will appear next year or will show for Hampton's Comicon on October 31 through November 1.
WGNT has been a sponsor of the convention since 2016.
