Here you will find information on how to vote by mail and get your absentee ballot.

For Virginia you will need to provide your information on the Virginia Department of Elections website to apply to vote by mail. Click here to log in and then search for your polling place.

Any North Carolina registered voter qualified to vote in an election may request and receive a mail-in absentee ballot for any election in which absentee voting is allowed.
