CHESAPEAKE, Va. — Saturday was a very special day for a select few of babies that entered the world. They arrived on February 29 – also known as Leap Day!

This means they will only see this actual date every four years.

News 3 stopped by Chesapeake Regional Medical Center to meet two special leapers.

Baby Frank and Baby Meyneth were both born Saturday morning.

Their parents say they are still trying to figure out how – or if - they will celebrate their first birthdays next year.
