NORFOLK, Va. - The Norfolk Admirals released a video this week thanking fans for their support during the shortened hockey season.
Like many other sports teams, the Admirals' season came to a sudden halt as the novel coronavirus spread across the United States.
Sunday, April 4 would have been a "fan appreciation" night at the Norfolk Scope. Since that event was canceled, Norfolk Admirals players, staff, coaches and more appeared in a video thanking fans for their support.
The team is already taking season ticket requests for the 2020-21 season that is scheduled to begin in October.
