VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - Virginia Beach Police is seeking the public's help in identifying a man and woman in connection to the removal of two catalytic converters from a business.
Police say on September 20 at 10:30 p.m. on the 2800 block of Virginia Beach Blvd, a man and woman pulled behind a business and removed two catalytic converters.
Police say it appears the pair have struck before.
