Meteorologist April Loveland's First Warning Forecast
Skies will clear overnight. Temperatures will plummet into the mid 30s, but will feel closer to the 20s due to the wind.
Plenty of sunshine on Tuesday as high pressure builds in from Canada. It will be a blustery day with winds out of the north at 10-15 mph. This will make our highs in the mid 40s feel like the 30s for most of the day. Be sure to bundle up because that sunshine will be deceiving! Low temperatures will be in the mid 30s, but will actually start to rise overnight and into Wednesday morning.
Another wet day on tap for Wednesday. We will have another area of low pressure move in which will bring rain to the area. Expect rain throughout the day with highs in the mid and upper 50s. Temperatures will drop into the 30s overnight. High pressure will build in on Thursday with plenty of sunshine and highs in the mid 40s. Another day where the sunshine will be deceiving us! Temperatures will fall to near freezing overnight.
Mostly sunny to end the work week as high pressure remains in control. Temperatures will be identical to Thursday with highs in the mid 40s. Even colder though overnight with lows in the upper 20s and low 30s.
Rain chances will remain low on Saturday and temperatures will begin to trend closer to normal with highs near 50. Another system will approach late Saturday and Sunday, so keeping a chance for some scattered showers Sunday with highs in the low and mid 50s.
