HAMPTON ROADS, Va. — High school Boys & Girls Club members across the country submitted original designs for the second annual Cox Mobile Phone Case Design Contest. More than a creative challenge, the contest is a launchpad for life-changing opportunities. This year, two $25,000 scholarships are up for grabs, along with technology grants for the winners’ local Club.
