HAMPTON ROADS, VA—May is Building Safety Month, which highlights the impact of the International Code Council, the organization that creates the safety codes that protect our buildings and living areas. Building codes and safety professionals work every day to protect the places we rely on, especially in disaster preparedness and in making spaces accessible for everyone. And that safety is guided by codes created by the International Code Council, or ICC.
