HAMPTON ROADS, VA—JB Smoove is best known for his character Leon Black, Larry David’s overly confident best friend from the TV series Curb Your Enthusiasm.
Around these parts, he’s Dr. Jerry Brooks Smoove after his alma mater gave him an honorary doctorate back in 2021. Now, the comedian is heading back to the 757 to deliver a funny set at Rivers Casino in Portsmouth.
