HAMPTON ROADS, VA—School is almost out, and that means more teens are on the roads either driving or hanging out. According to AAA, the time between Memorial Day and Labor Day is often called the 100 deadliest days because there is a sharp increase in teen fatal crashes. Now the phrase is getting a rebrand and is referred to as 100 Safest Days of Summer, a campaign to stop these preventable crashes.
