HAMPTON ROADS, VA—MEAC, the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference, is a homecoming of 8 elite HBCUs who come to Norfolk to display their athletic prowess. March 11-13th, the teams of men and women will descend on the Norfolk Scope in competition for a chance to be crowned the MEAC Champs.
Dr. David Wilson is president of one of the MEAC schools, Morgan State University in Maryland, explains why this gathering is more than a sports show but an opportunity to put excellence on display.
