Hampton Roads, VA—At Coast Live, we want to promote a healthy lifestyle, especially for our seniors. One center that’s on board is the Salvation Army’s Kroc center, which is full of daily activities for our ageless community, from water movement class and chair yoga, to even a floor routine workout.
The silver sneakers classes are full of excitement and some hard-working “senagers” (senior teenagers) who are living their best life.
