HAMPTON ROADS, VA—After abruptly shutting its doors, the Painted Tree marketplace is relaunching as The Boutiques at Virginia Beach. Located at the Hilltop North Shopping Center in the resort city, the reopening is a welcome sign for vendors who were affected by the sudden closure in April.
The marketplace is lined with nearly 100 unique businesses selling a variety of goods, from original artwork to food items to specialty socks.
