HAMPTON ROADS, VA—Canine Parvovirus is a highly contagious viral disease that affects dogs, particularly puppies and unvaccinated dogs. The disease is seeing a spike in some areas, and the Norfolk SPCA wants pet owners to take notice and get their pups vaccinated.
The Norfolk SPCA shared their vax clinic times and date, plus brought on a special dog that needs a special home.
