Last known location: Last seen leaving his home on Windbrooke Circle in Newport News.
Physical description: 5' 10", 125 lbs., Elijah is a Black boy with brown hair and brown eyes, he was last seen wearing a cream colored hoodie with "Rad Boyz" on it, black shoes and a blanket wrapped around him.
