News 3 reached out to Portsmouth police for clarification about Roeder being missing for a year:
"She has been missing for a year, but her mother has had an idea of where she was. However, she hasn't heard anything about her whereabouts for an extended period and asked the police to find her," Portsmouth police said.
Last known location: 100 Block of Howard Street
Physical description: Around 5'5", 124 pounds. Natural blonde hair and blue eyes.
More details: Possibly experiencing cognitive behavioral complications.
