A woman was found dead following a shooting in Portsmouth early Friday morning, according to police.
Around 1:20 a.m., police responded to a reported shooting in the One Block of Decatur Street. At the scene, police say they found an unresponsive woman suffering from a gunshot wound.
She was pronounced dead at the scene, according to police.
This was the second deadly shooting in Portsmouth reported by police Friday night.
