NORFOLK, Va. — A reported shooting has prompted multiple school lockdowns on Tuesday, according to Norfolk police.
Around 1:20 p.m., a call reported a shooting in the 200 Block of Harvard Street. Norfolk police say no injuries have been reported at this time. This incident is still being actively investigated.
The 200 block of Harvard Street is adjacent to the sports complex behind Granby High.
A spokesperson for Norfolk Public Schools told News 3 that both Granby High School and Granby Elementary school were placed on lockdown as a result. Additionally, WeeOnes Daycare & Preschool was placed under lockdown.
