NORFOLK, Va. — NORFOLK Va.—- Norfolk Police are investigating a crash involving a pedestrian in the 400 block of E Little Creek Rd.
The call came in around 9:40pm Saturday. The pedestrian has life-threatening injuries.
Police say plan to expect traffic delays in the area while officers are working to clear this traffic accident.
