Last known location: 6306 Old Mooretown Road in Williamsburg, Va.
Physical description: 5'2", around 170 pounds. She has brown eyes, and gray hair with braids. Last seen wearing a red t-shirt, blue jeans, black boots, and a black coat with brown fur.
More details: She has the onset of dementia, according to the York-Poquoson Sheriff's Office. Virginia State Police say her disappearance poses a credible threat to her health and safety.
The York-Poquoson Sheriff’s Office says anyone with information on her whereabouts to call 911 immediately.
