UPDATE: Police identify man who died following crash on Colley Avenue
A man is dead after a pedestrian involved crash in the 5200 block of Colley Avenue Tuesday night, according to Norfolk police.
A call was made to police around 8:50 p.m. and the driver of the vehicle stayed on the scene.
