NORFOLK, Va. — Norfolk Police are continuing to investigate an overnight crash in the 2100 block of Hampton Boulevard.
Officers responded to a call around 12:45 a.m. for a crash with injuries involving a car and a person operating a scooter.
Investigators share a man was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The investigation is still ongoing.
