NORFOLK, Va. — Water was seen gushing onto Llewellyn Avenue near a flipped over car, as seen in a video taken by a News 3 staff member.
The report for this collision was received around 1:35 p.m., according to PulsePoint. Norfolk Fire-Rescue responded to the scene at 27th Street and Llewellyn Avenue. In the video, a Norfolk police vehicle can be seen.
