BARCO, N.C. — A Currituck County High School student was hit by a vehicle during track practice on Tuesday, according to a Currituck County Schools social media post.
The student was sent to the hospital after emergency personnel responded. Additional information about this incident was not shared.
"Additional support personnel will be on-site at Currituck County High School tomorrow for students and staff," Currituck County Schools said in their social media post.
