ELIZABETH CITY, NC — Elizabeth City Police Department reported that Jason Whidbee was last seen August 1, in the area of Pineview Avenue.
Whidbee was listed as 5 feet, 10 inches and about 160 pounds. He does not drive and gets around on bicycle, according to the ECPD.
