PORTSMOUTH, Va. — A 13-year-old boy was taken to the hospital after being shot Monday night in Portsmouth, police say.
The boy was found in the 1100 block of Virginia Avenue just before 8 p.m.
His injuries are not considered life-threatening.
No word on suspects or other information about what led to the shooting.
