PORTSMOUTH, Va. — A man was hospitalized after a shooting near Fawkes Street on Saturday, according to Portsmouth police.
Around 2:24 p.m., officers responded to a reported shooting in the 5900 Block of Fawkes Street. A man was found shot at the scene, according to Portsmouth police.
Portsmouth police say the man was sent to a hospital to treat his injuries. His condition is not currently known.
This incident remains under investigation, according to Portsmouth police.
