VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — A woman was injured in a shooting on Holland Road, according to Virginia Beach police.
Around 3:11 p.m., Virginia Beach officers arrived at the 3200 block of Dam Neck Road and found a woman who had been shot.
She was taken to a local hospital with minor injuries, according to police.
18-year-old Seth Long was later arrested and charged with reckless handling of firearm with injury, police said.
VBPD is continuing to investigate the shooting.
