HAMPTON, Va. — A man died following a shooting in Hampton Sunday night, according to police.
Around 10:40 a.m., Hampton police were called to respond to a shooting in the 100 Block of Woodland Road. Upon arrival, officers found a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, according to police.
The man was then transported to a local hospital where died from his injuries, according to police.
The Hampton Police Division's Major Crimes Unit is investigating this incident.
