NORFOLK, Va. — A man was killed in a shooting Tuesday evening in the Grandy Village Neighborhood, according to Norfolk police.
Norfolk police responded to the 3300 block of Kimball Terrace near Westminster Ave around 10:30 p.m. They found a man who had died with a gunshot wound.
