NORFOLK, Va. — One person is in the hospital with minor injuries after a shooting on Lincoln Street Tuesday night, according to the Norfolk Police Department.
Around 7:40 p.m., Norfolk officers arrived at the 700 block of Lincoln Street and found a man who had been shot. He was taken to a local hospital, according to police.
