NORFOLK, Va. — A suspect is in custody after a woman was seriously injured in a stabbing on Timothy Avenue Friday night, according to the Norfolk Police Department.
Around 5 p.m., Norfolk police arrived at the 500 block of Timothy Avenue where a woman had a severe stab wound. She was taken to a local hospital for treatment, according to NPD.
A suspect is in custody. Additional updates will be shared as they are available, police say.
