ELIZABETH CITY, N.C. — There was a heavy police presence on Edge Street in Elizabeth City on Friday night.
Neighbors said they heard arguing and then a loud "boom," according to News 3 reporter Jessica Davis who is at the scene.
News 3 has reached out to Elizabeth County Police multiple times and have not had anything confirmed, but there is what appears to be a body in the middle of the street.
