PORTSMOUTH, Va. — A person died after a car crash on the MLK Expressway Thursday morning, prompting an investigation, according to Portsmouth police.
Portsmouth police posted about this incident on social media around 3:43 a.m. In their post, they said the crash only involved one vehicle.
As a result of this crash, 164 westbound lanes closed.
