Suffolk Police say student brought a stun gun to King's Fork Middle School

SUFFOLK, Va. — Suffolk Police say charges are pending for a student who brought a weapon to school.

Suffolk Police were notified by school administration at King's Fork Middle School Thursday that they believed a student had a weapon on school grounds.

Police say a school resource officer responded and searched the student's bag, where they found a stun gun.

No one was injured during the incident. Police says charges are pending for the student.
