NORFOLK, Va. — Delays are expected due to "security/police activity" on I-264 Monday morning, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation.
VDOT cameras show crews responding to an incident on I-264 near Waterside Drive. Currently, the east exit ramp in this area is closed.
