PORTSMOUTH, Va. — A 13-year-old boy is in the hospital after being shot in Portsmouth Monday afternoon, police said.
Portsmouth police responded to the 1500 block of Atlanta Avenue around 3:20 p.m. where they found the boy with a gunshot wound.
Police say the boys is stable.
No suspect information was immediately available.
