PORTSMOUTH, Va. — A man was in the hospital Wednesday after a shooting in Portsmouth, according to police.
Officers said they responded to a report of a shooting in the 10 block of Gillis Road at around 12:30 a.m.
At the scene, officers said they found a man suffering an apparent gunshot wound.
