PORTSMOUTH, Va. — A massive fire burning in near Court Street Tuesday morning was captured by News 3's tower camera.

News 3 crews say a two-story structure was engulfed in flames at the scene. Around 12 crews from the Portsmouth Fire Department are responding to the fire, officials said.
People near the scene told News 3 that the burned house is historic, dating back centuries.
