PORTSMOUTH, Va. — A body was found in a pond at the 500 block of Barlow Drive in Portsmouth on Sunday, according to Portsmouth police.
Photos/videos taken by News 3 cameras show a police presence at Lake Shores Drive in connection with a dead body that was discovered near the area on June 29.
At the scene, a tarp can be seen draped over what looks like a dead body, according to video taken by News 3.
