PORTSMOUTH, Va. — Photos/videos taken by News 3 cameras show a police presence at Lake Shores Drive in connection with a dead body that was possibly discovered near the area on Sunday.
At the scene, a tarp can be seen draped over what looks like a dead body, according to video taken by News 3.
