SUFFOLK, Va. — Suffolk crews put out a massive house fire Tuesday afternoon, according to fire-rescue officials.
Around 4:30 p.m., crews were sent to the 2200 block of Airport Road. When they arrived, officials say crews saw heavy fire showing from the side and rear of the two-story home.
The fire was declared under control just after 5 p.m.
There was no one inside the home when the fire broke out, and officials say no one was injured.
The cause of the fire is still being investigated.
