SUFFOLK, Va. — A person died following a two-vehicle crash on Portsmouth Boulevard Wednesday morning, according to Suffolk police.
At the time, the eastbound lanes of Porstmouth Boulevard near Van Zandt Parkway were shut down. Suffolk police said the lanes have since reopened.
