VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — The Neptune Grand Parade scheduled for later this morning has been canceled due to threat of severe weather, according to organizers of the Neptune Festival.
All other events are scheduled to go on as planned, but organizers say should severe weather come, events may be paused until the threat clears.
The Neptune Festival is scheduled to begin Saturday at 10 a.m. and will last through 11 p.m. The Festival is scheduled to last 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.
