Students killed ODU shooter, who shouted 'allahu akbar' before opening fire: FBI
CBS News is reporting that the shooter was identified as former Virginia National Guardsman Mohamed Bailor Jalloh. The FBI says this incident is being investigated as a terror-related attack.
