Live blog: A few inches of snow for metro Hampton Roads, more for northeast NC
The winter storm is expected to bring 2-4 inches of snow for metro Hampton Roads, possibly 4-8 inches in northeast North Carolina, and only trace amounts on the Peninsula and further north.
